Botulinum toxin
Innovative botulinum toxin type A free of complexing proteins (reference 1). It is designed to maintain long-term treatment efficacy and safety (reference 2).
Xeomin (incobotulinumtoxin A), was developed and manufactured by Merz Pharma GmbH, Dessau, Germany, using advanced technologies for purification and the creation of efficient preparation.
It is the only neurotoxin that can be transported and stored at room temperature until reconstituted (references 3, 4). Since Xeomin does not contain complex proteins, the risk of neutralizing antibody development is reduced, as well as the risk of botulinotherapy ineffectiveness (references 5, 6).
The unique process of incobotulinumtoxin A purification by multistage chromatography limits the possibility of denaturation, degradation and biological deactivation of botulinum toxin.

Belotero® is the first monophasic hyaluronic acid-based filler synthesized according to the CPM technology (cohesive [homogeneous] polydensified [zones with different densities] matrix [cross-linking structure]) (reference 1, 2).
